B&I Testing is my small business, built on doing one thing consistently well: residential energy and HVAC testing for Florida builders and homeowners. I'm the person who shows up, runs the test, hands over the report, and answers the phone when you call back.

I'm based in Marion County and most of my work is with residential builders who need tests done on a build schedule — which means I know how to communicate, get in and out fast, and keep a project moving.

I've recently expanded into Home Performance and Comfort Assessments for homeowners — because the same tools and knowledge that builders use for code compliance can show homeowners exactly where their energy is going.
