Six diagnostic tools. One assessment.
Blower Door Test
Measures how much outside air is getting into your home through hidden gaps. Gives us a precise ACH50 number — the same test required on new construction in Florida.
Duct Leakage Test
Pressurizes your duct system to measure how much conditioned air is leaking out before it reaches your rooms. In Florida attics, leaky ducts are expensive.
Smoke Tracing
While the blower door runs, non-toxic smoke traces air movement and pinpoints exactly where air is moving — attic bypasses, top plates, recessed lights, any leakage path.
LiDAR Mapping
A precise 3D spatial map of your home. Gives us accurate volume calculations and lets us document findings spatially — you know not just what, but exactly where.
Infrared Imaging
Thermal cameras reveal temperature differences invisible to the eye. We identify missing insulation, thermal bridging, moisture intrusion, and air leakage paths in walls and ceilings.
Written Report
Test results, documented findings with photos, prioritized recommendations ranked by estimated impact — not by what costs most. You know what to fix first.
Signs your home needs an assessment.
What you get out of it
We're testers, not contractors. We don't sell insulation, duct repairs, or HVAC equipment — so our report has no agenda other than telling you what we actually found.
Where the conditioned air usually goes.
Unsealed attic hatch or pull-down stairs
Recessed light cans leaking into the attic
Top plates unsealed at the wall-attic line
Duct connections loose or separated in the attic
"Panned" floor joist returns leaking unconditioned air
Plumbing and electrical penetrations through top plates
Missing or compressed insulation above exterior walls
Knee walls in older homes with no air barrier
Unsealed wall cavities used as return chases
